Slow-Cooker Hamburger Hash-recipe



Ingredients: 3 pounds lean ground beef 1 can (15 ounces) tomato puree 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed French onion soup with beef stock 3/4 cup water 1 bag (28 ounces) frozen O'Brien potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed 4 medium carrots, diced (2 cups) 1 teaspoon salt

Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce-recipe



1 pkg Pasta (penne or fettuccine) 1 stick of butter 1 clove of minced garlic 1 pint of heavy cream 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper Make Pasta to your liking. In a sauce pan over medium heat – melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes, then add in heavy cream and cream cheese and heat until bubbling, but do not boil. Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste (you don;t need to use all of this, do to your liking). Mix the hot sauce into the noodles and serve. Grannies Mac and Cheese



Ingredients 8 ounces macaroni 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk salt and pepper (to taste) 8 ounces American cheese (grated) Directions Preheat your oven to 325°F. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, drain and rinse. Melt the butter and add the flour. Cook for a minute or two over low heat and then add warmed milk and whisk till smooth. Let thicken over heat and then add 2/3 of the cheese and stir until melted. Pour the entire combination over the cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese over the top and bake for 30 minutes.

Strawberry Cheesecake Salad Recipe



Ingredients 1 little pkge. of cheesecake pudding(just the powder) miniature marshmallows.. Used a pair of cups 3 bananas, sliced(add right before serving.. ) 1 lb fresh. sliced strawberries 3 (6oz) strawberry food 10 oz Cool Whip Instructions: Thaw cool whip, then in an exceedingly massive bowl.. stir in food and pudding powder... you'll be able to let this set on within the icebox or i am going ahead and add the marshmallows and also the strawberries.. we tend to am fond of it best that method....you can add the bananas right before serving.




Sweet Garlic Chicken




4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 garlic cloves, minced about 1/2 Tbl. minced, dried onion 3 tsp. olive oil 4 Tbl. brown sugar 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil. 2. Saute garlic and minced, dried onion in olive oil until fragrant and tender. 3. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. 4. Pat mixture evenly onto chicken. 5. Cook about 20 minutes, until center has reached 170 degrees and is cooked.

Italian Cream Cheese Cake Recipe



Ingredients 1 teaspoon sodium hydrogen carbonate 2 cups general-purpose flour 1-1/2 cups flaked coconut 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 cup chopped pecans 1 teaspoon flavouring 5 eggs, separated 1/2 cup shortening 2 cups sugar 1 cup milk CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 2 packages (one 8 ounces, one 3 ounces) cheese, softened 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 6 cups confectioners' sugar 3/4 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup sliced pecans Directions In a massive bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugar till light-weight and downy. ram down egg yolks and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; raise creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Beat just until combined. Stir in coconut and pecans. In a little bowl, beat egg whites till stiff peaks type. Fold a fourth of the egg whites into batter, then fold in remaining whites. Pour into 3 lubricated and floured 9-in. spherical baking pans. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or till a pick inserted close to the middle comes out clean. Cool for ten minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool down utterly. In a large bowl, beat cheese and butter till swish. Beat in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in pecans. unfold ice between layers and over prime and sides of cake. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 12 servings.

Baked Fried Chicken


Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk. Let soak for 20-30 min. Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl: 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 T Season All 3/4 tsp Pepper 1 c. Flour 2 tsp. Paprika Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 1/2 stick of butter into a few pieces and place in a 9x13 pan. Melt butter in pre-heated oven. Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan. Lightly spray the pan, if needed, to make sure that there are no dry spots. Shake excess milk off of chicken and completely coat each piece with the seasoning mix. You can either shake the chicken in the bag, until coated, or dip each piece in the bowl until coated. Place each piece of chicken in the pan. Cook for 20 min. Turn each piece of chicken and continue cooking for 20 more minutes, or until cooked through.

Ingredients: 225g organic process biscuits zest three lemons, juice of 1 250g tub cream cheese 2 eggs, and two yolks 175g powdered sugar 100g butter, melted 600g soft cheese 4 tbsp flour For the topping ½ a 284ml pot cream 3 tbsp lemon curd handful raspberries, to serve (optional) Directions: Heat kitchen appliance to 180C/fan 160C/gas four. Line the bottom of a 23cm springform tin with imperviable paper. Tip the biscuits and liquid butter into a kitchen appliance, then blitz to form fine crumbs. Press into the tin and chill. Whisk all the opposite ingredients during a giant bowl till utterly combined, pour into the tin, then bake for 35-40 minutes till the cheesecake includes a uniform wobble. Turn off the kitchen appliance and leave the cake within till cool. once it's utterly cooled, take away from the tin and high with cream. Swirl lemon cheese over the highest and enhance with raspberries, if you wish.


Mexican Cornbread


1 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup white cornmeal, 1 egg, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 can drained mexi-corn, 1 medium diced onion, 1 medium diced green pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 tsp red pepper. Stir ingredients together. Melt 1 tsp crisco in a cast iron skillet. Bake 30-35 minutes at 400

Almond Joy Cookies



 Ingredients:  1 cup butter 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 4 eggs 3 teaspoons vanilla 4 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 5 cups chocolate chips 2 cups sweetened coconut 2 cups chopped almonds  How to Make It  Directions:  Pre-heat oven to 375°F Lightly grease cookie sheets. Combine dry ingredients, set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, stir in the vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients until well mixed then stir in the chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. I like it best because it is oven-baked and not made on the stove top. 2/3 c. Minute Rice 2 3/4 c. milk 1/3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Cinnamon 1/2 c. raisins How to make this recipe First step : Combine Minute Rice, milk & raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla & nutmeg in a buttered 1 quart baking dish. Second step : Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 h, stirring after 15 mins & again when pudding is done. Third step : Sprinkle with cinnamon. Finally step : Serve warm or chilled. CHICKEN & DUMPLIN CASSEROLE






INGREDIENTS: 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded ( I use a store bought rotisserie chicken) 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 stick of butter 2 cups Bisquick 2 cups whole milk 1 can cream of chicken soup (the herbed cream of chicken soup if you can find it) 3 teaspoons of chicken granules (I use Wylers) 1/2 teaspoon dried sage 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt or more to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer 1 - In 9 x 13 casserole dish, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Spread shredded chicken over butter. Sprinkle black pepper and dried sage over this layer. Do not stir. Layer 2 - In small bowl, mix milk and Bisquick. Slowly pour all over chicken. Do not stir. Layer 3 - In medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of chicken broth, chicken granules and soup. Once blended, slowly pour over the Bisquick layer. Do not Stir. Bake casserole for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown!

The ultimate stain remover



The mixture is: 1 tsp. Dawn dishwashing detergent
 3-4 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide couple tablespoons of baking soda.
 Scrub on with a scrubbing brush.

White chicken enchiladas



Ingredients: 8 flour tortillas 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp flour 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup sour cream 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix chicken and 1 cup cheese. Roll tortillas and place in pan seam side down. In a sauce pan melt butter under low heat. Stir in flour and cook about 1 minute. Add broth and stir until smooth. Allow to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and chilies. Pour sauce over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes and then broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese.

Chicken tortilla bake




What you need: 2 10 3/4oz cans of cream of chicken 1 10oz can of dice tomatoes and green chilies 12 6in corn tortillas 3 cups of cooked chicken 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend How to make this: FIRST STEP: first you have to Preheat oven to 350 degrees then you shoud Combine the 3 cans and mix them up, then set aside after Chop up the tortillas into bite sized pieces. SECOND STEP: Layer 1/3 of the tortillas onto the bottom of a 3 quart pan Place half of the chicken on top of the tortillas THIRD STEP: Then spoon 1/2 the soup mixture on top of the chicken Repeat layers and top with the rest of the tortilla strips. Cover and bake for 40 minutes FINAL STEP: Top it with cheese and bake an for 5 minutes for the cheese to melt


Best Ever Chicken Salad




4 boneless chicken breast, cooked and chopped/shredded 1/2 C. onion, chopped 1/2 C. celery, chopped Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/2 C. to 1 C. dried cranberries Dressing: 1 C. mayonnaise 1/2 C. sugar 1/4 C. vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. salt to taste 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine cooked chicken, onion and celery, salt and pepper. Mix all dressing ingredients together and pour over chicken. Add the dried cranberries (add right before serving or the chicken salad will turn pink). Serve with crackers or on lettuce.
